Evansix.shop ("Evansix", "we", "our") offers downloadable digital products, primarily themes for the Google Blogger platform. These Terms of Purchase apply to orders placed through our website and any checkout provider linked from our product pages.

Before placing an order, please review the specific product description, price, license, delivery details, and any product-specific documentation. In case of an inconsistency, applicable mandatory consumer law takes precedence.

2. Digital products and delivery

Products may include Blogger XML files, ZIP archives, setup instructions and documentation, as described on the relevant product page. No physical goods are shipped.

Where stated on the product page, payments and file delivery are handled by Payhip. Following a successful transaction, the checkout provider will normally make the download available through its confirmation page and/or email. Keep a copy of the downloaded package and your purchase confirmation.

The themes may have bugs, technical limits, or compatibility issues. You should evaluate the live demonstration, screenshots, product description, features, documentation and compatibility information before purchasing. AI assistance does not remove any mandatory legal obligations relating to product conformity or misdescription.

Purchases are intended for customers aged 18 or older. By completing an order and checking any age/disclosure confirmation on the product page, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have reviewed the disclosure. Nothing in this section removes your legal rights regarding digital products.

5. Theme license

Unless a product page clearly states different license conditions, a purchase includes a single-site license: you may install and use the purchased theme on one website at a time. You may modify its design or code for that licensed site, including for commercial use of that website.

• You must not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publicly share, or upload the purchased theme package as a separate downloadable product.
• You must not give copies of the source package to others for use on additional websites without a suitable license.
• Ownership of third-party components remains with their respective owners; their separate license terms continue to apply.

Buying a theme does not transfer ownership of Evansix branding or any proprietary rights beyond the license described above.

6. Installation and compatibility

Our products are intended for Blogger unless explicitly described otherwise. You are responsible for choosing a compatible product, safeguarding your existing website and keeping backups before installation or updates.

Theme appearance can depend on your content, images, widgets, device and Blogger configuration. A demo may contain sample content or settings that are not included with the download. Exact included features are listed in the product description and package documentation.

7. No refunds for personal dislike; refunds and consumer rights

Buyer responsibility before purchase: You must review the demo, screenshots, features, license and product description before paying. The appearance and styling of a theme are matters of personal preference.

Change of mind / subjective dissatisfaction: Because our themes are digital products created with AI assistance, Evansix does not offer discretionary refunds merely because a buyer changes their mind or does not personally like the theme's visual design, color scheme, layout or style after purchase, provided the delivered theme materially matches its advertised description and mandatory legal rights do not require otherwise.

AI-generated status alone is not a reason to deny a remedy for digital content that is defective, inaccessible, incorrectly delivered, or materially different from the description. In such cases, please contact us with the order reference, a description of the problem and, where possible, supporting screenshots. We will provide remedies required under applicable law, which may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or refund.

Some jurisdictions provide a statutory cancellation or withdrawal right for digital content. Where the law requires express prior consent and an acknowledgement about immediate digital delivery and loss of withdrawal rights, those requirements must be obtained separately at checkout. Purchasing or ticking a general terms checkbox alone does not automatically waive such rights.

10. Limits of responsibility and legal protections

Evansix is not responsible for a buyer's purely personal dislike of the theme's aesthetics when the delivered product materially matches its published description. We do not promise that a design will meet every individual taste or preference.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized modifications, misuse of files, or interruptions to unrelated third-party services. We do not exclude liability or remedies where exclusion is prohibited by law, including mandatory rights concerning defective or misdescribed digital products.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may revise these terms for future purchases. The terms presented when your order was placed will govern that order, except where changes are required by law or expressly agreed with you. The revision date appears at the top of this page.
